Circus Love Fascinator

This fascinator is a hand blocked bukram base which is wired for extra stability. It is trimmed with hand-sewn fabric, trim, feathers, and tulle. To secure to head, use the comb to position in place, and pin Bobby pins through the looped trim (on the underside) and into hair for extra security.
